Privacy Policy
Last updated 2 November 2026
Hired in 90 is run by Fusion Media ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the Hired in 90 app and the Hired in 90 Chrome extension use, why, and the choices you have. If you have a question, email joseph@fusionmedia.online.
What we collect
- Account and contact details: your name, email, phone number, location and links such as your LinkedIn profile.
- Your career information: your resume, work history, skills, certifications, education, the jobs you're targeting, and anything you tell Hired in 90 about your experience, in writing or by voice.
- Your application answers: the answers you save for job applications, such as work authorization, salary expectations and notice period. If you choose to, this includes voluntary equal-opportunity answers (for example gender, race, veteran or disability status). If you don't save one, the extension answers "decline to self-identify" where that's offered.
- Your job search: the jobs Hired in 90 finds for you, the ones you accept or pass on, where each application is, your notes, and the tailored resumes, cover letters and LinkedIn notes written for you.
- Practice interviews: recordings and transcripts of mock interviews you take, and the feedback on them.
What the Chrome extension does with it
The extension only acts when you ask it to in Hired in 90, and only on the pages Hired in 90 opens for you.
- Job applications (Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby): it reads the application form so it can fill it in with your details, the resume and cover letter for that job, and your saved answers. For open questions, it sends the question, the job ad and your resume to Hired in 90 to write an answer. It sends the application only when every required question is answered, and tells Hired in 90 whether it was sent.
- LinkedIn: on the profiles of people you chose to contact, it adds the note written for you and sends the connection request. It doesn't read your LinkedIn messages, feed or contacts.
- Storage in your browser: it keeps the list of applications and requests you started, and their progress, in Chrome's extension storage on your computer, so the work can carry on if Chrome pauses it.
The extension does not track your browsing, read other websites, or collect your browsing history.
How we use your information
- To find jobs that fit you, write your tailored resumes, cover letters, application answers and LinkedIn notes, and fill in and send the applications you ask for.
- To run practice interviews and give you feedback.
- To show your progress and keep your account working across devices.
- To answer you when you contact us, and to keep the service secure.
We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or use it to decide anything about you other than which jobs to suggest.
Who we share it with
- Employers you apply to: the application, resume, cover letter and answers you send to them through their job site.
- People you contact on LinkedIn: the connection note you send.
- Service providers that run Hired in 90 for us: OpenAI (writing and checking your documents and answers, and transcribing speech), ElevenLabs (interviewer voices), Clerk (sign-in), Railway (hosting and our database) and Firecrawl (reading public company websites). They only use your information to provide their service to us.
- If the law requires it, or to protect people's safety or our rights.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while your account is open. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your information from Hired in 90, except anything we must keep by law. Applications you've already sent stay with the employers you sent them to. Removing the extension from Chrome deletes what it stored in your browser.
Your choices and rights
- You can see and change your details in Setup at any time.
- You can stop applying or sending requests at any time, and do any of it yourself instead.
- You can ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to delete it, by emailing joseph@fusionmedia.online. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the UK and EU GDPR, and you can complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
Your information is sent over encrypted connections and kept in access-controlled systems. No system is perfectly secure, so please tell us straight away if you think your account has been misused.
Children
Hired in 90 is for adults looking for work. It isn't meant for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.
Chrome Web Store user data policy
The use of information received from Chrome extension APIs follows the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top, and tell you in the app if the change is significant.
